There is no ‘one size fits all’ way to eat. What is ‘normal’ varies from person to person, from mood to mood, day to day. But one thing is the most important to remember. Food should never, EVER, make you feel guilty. There is absolutely nothing wrong with eating. It is one of the most natural and necessary things humans do.
There are no ‘good’ and ‘bad’ foods, it’s all just food. Listen to your body and not the faulty teachings of society.
